Step
1 INSPECTION
A Certified Energy Inspector examines and measures all energy related parts
of the house, answering over 100 questions. The average cost of a Tune-uP
is below the cost of a home inspection.
Step
2 INFORMATION
The Tune-uP proprietary software estimates the cost and savings for each recommendation.
The Report discusses each recommendation as well as noting additional ways
to save energy.
Step
3 IMPLEMENTATION
The Report lists up to three contractors per upgrade. Tune-uP also has a technical
expert to answer questions and a "personal contractor" to collect
bids and supervise installation. Easy, fast, convenient.
Step
4 FINANCING
With Tune-uP financing, the cost of the new energy features is covered by
the
energy savings, in fact you may end up with additional money.
