Carl has a background in real estate sales, commercial maintenance, building materials manufacturing and construction including: electrical, plumbing, concrete, roofing and remodeling.

I chose this photo as my trademark for two reasons. The first is that people who know me well say that this photo captures the essence of who I am.

The other reason is it reminds me that when I do an inspection for you I am part of your team of professionals. The various team members have different perspectives, interests and motivations, yet we all work together to serve you in your real estate activities, maybe never even having contact with each other.

Being a good inspector requires constant learning, and increasing and honing skills. I prominse you that I will use every inspection as a source of learning and reaching for perfection. I will never quit improving my skills as an inspector, as well as increasing my understanding of your needs to provide you ever higher quality service and performance.
